      Great supervisors and a lot of good coworkers.

      Training is not that great for employees coming into the field without experience. It's very hard to move up in the company, even with a lot of experience.

      We are happy to hear you enjoyed your time with us. We agree that our supervisors are great! We pride ourselves on our extensive (and ongoing) training and mentorship. We are sorry to hear felt challenged.       Kids were amazing, big building with lots of rooms

      Training was lacking, people were awful. BCBAs were awful and knew nothing about their jobs. Terrible management, and the building was not well kept - mold, rotting wood, etc. the most incompetent people I ever worked for. Very underpaid

      We agree, the kids are amazing. We’re committed to providing quality training, strong clinical support, and a safe environment for both staff and clients. We also regularly review compensation for all staff. We’re sorry this wasn’t a fit and wish you all the best in your next role.
