We always strive to work with our Behavior Technicians (BTs) so that we can schedule them work around school or other commitments. A position as a BT is great experience - we provide high quality, extensive training from the start, to ensure every one of our staff feels properly trained before working on their own with clients. As for cancellations, they do happen; but we try our best to re-assign BTs to other clients during the same time, or offer partial pay for the session, if the cancellation was short notice.
