We do pride ourselves on providing excellent initial and ongoing training to our staff, as high-quality training ensures high-quality service delivery to our clients, which is our number one priority! We have regionalized clients (and continue to do so) to minimize our staff's drive time, but especially during this pandemic time, client cancellations are, unfortunately, a struggle. Our hard working schedulers do all they can to try to re-route staff to other clients so as to minimize loss of hours.
