We understand that cancellation can occur, which is a common issue in the industry. Our scheduling team works continuously with our clients and Behavior Technicians to re-scheduled cancelled sessions and provide fill-in sessions for supplemental hours. If you’re having issues with cancellations, we suggest you bring this issue up with your scheduler and supervisor to find a solution.
