The people are what make this organization outstanding. Awesome team/ family atmosphere. The company is growing in a new direction and as of now we are in the midst of exciting times here.

I am not a fan of the dress code. Ties are mandatory except for the company polo shirt.

BHPI is growing rapidly and offers great opportunities for bright, passionate individuals. Great benefits. The team really cares about one another.

There is a bit of the "we've always done it this way" attitude in the organization and that stifles progress at times.
