      The people are what make this organization outstanding. Awesome team/ family atmosphere. The company is growing in a new direction and as of now we are in the midst of exciting times here.

      I am not a fan of the dress code. Ties are mandatory except for the company polo shirt.

      Great 401k and other benefits. Innovative company. Has a Great Place to Work Committee that engages employees and hosts events. Company sponsored events such as picnics, holiday parties, etc.

      No flexibility in work schedule as hours of operation is M-F, 8:30 - 5pm; pay is below average compared to other healthcare organizations; direct line staff not as valued in company as senior management as same rules do not apply to all; poor morale due to management decisions and actions that affected the entire company
