Very low pay. Outdated thinking, not progressive company culture at all. Nepotism runs DEEP in this company. Upper management is too bureaucratic, old school, traditional, big fragile egos, does not value talent or innovation. HR makes many clerical errors and can be inefficient, sensitive, and passive aggressive through email. IT seems to be short-staffed and behind on service requests, and also has sensitive people who don't like when non-exec people contact them directly, even though they leave many requests unattended to. IT has the opinion that anyone who uses an outside USB flash drive has grounds for being terminated, which is comically absurd. Multiple sites have a toxic work environment and toxic people, with heated personal disputes and bullying being an unfortunate part of the workplace
