Employee Reviews: LOOK CLOSELY at the review dates of the recent 5-Star ratings, ~20% were added between May and August 2021. The leadership team has put pressure on their teams to add positive reviews to offset actual reviews with low ratings. Now you will see replies from Behavox in an effort to rebut reviews that are factual, but unfortunately don’t shed the best light on the company or the management team. COMPANY will highlight the number of new employees, but does not reveal the turnover. Company is not really growing. Burning cash and high-turnover of top talent. Leadership: CEO is brilliant at selling "snake oil"! He has quite literally used this term on worldwide internal company meetings. Customers are left wondering if they will receive the functionality they were promised - such as new language releases, that were promised at the time of sale. Almost every company offers stock! The CEO does not want to share the ownership of the company - he has a long story about why not and that it doesn’t matter… if it doesn’t matter, why not offer stock to everyone? Work life balance: If you are outside the US, be prepared to attend mandatory company meetings weekly that will be in the middle of the night. Also, be prepared to work weekends. Behavox is feeling the pressure of the pandemic, slow growth, customer churn, and competitive pricing. Most of the new leadership has left, including the head of HR, key engineers, most of the marketing team and developers. + Base Pay and Bonus: Not competitive. + Stock: CEO has everyone convinced that stock is not important unless you IPO, which is his goal. He holds most of the stock +Schedule: Long hours. If you are not in North America, expect to work at night + Monitoring: Behavox monitors its employees + Leadership Experience: CEO loves to talk about his days running a hedge fund - he did work for a HF, but he wasn’t in charge of it!

When I first interviewed, I was actually fairly worried because of the Glassdoor reviews I had read. I took a chance on the company and have been overwhelmingly surprised… In the best way. Most companies that I work for try to change me as a sales person and make me how they want me to sell. Behavox has allowed me to sell the way I know best and has enabled me to become a better sales person and person as a whole. The organization has leaders that lead from the front. There is also lots of room for growth and even a new program to enable that growth. Behavox has an incredible culture, and not just in word. I have worked for five or six tech companies now, and this one is honestly the best I have ever been a part of.

There was a difficult work to life balance when I first started, but when I brought it up to my manager, he assisted me in managing it and managing my tasks better. As with any company in a hyper growth stage, there were some struggles around enablement when I first started. They did, however, listen to feedback and make the appropriate hires to enable more properly.

Everything. Horrible leadership and lack of accountability. Changes Idea everyday and expects results when product doesn’t exist. They say “fast paced” but nothing is fast paced when you have no product to sell. Only thing fast paced is ceo and leadership changing ideas every other day. I never heard about them being fast paced while being there until reading these reviews. They only say fast pace because they don’t have a clear agenda or plan. Everyone just tries to please the CEO and does whatever he says. If he said to jump they ask how high. No one has a backbone to stand up and take accountability for team not being successful. Instead blames bottom of the barrel. Set up for failure right when you get there. Do not believe the fluff lies they are telling. Also, joined the team to develop my skills as a AE and sell but ended up being a guinea pig SDR. Its not high performance when we are given 0 quota or attainment. I bet you they will respond with a chat gpt review if I get one.
