This company is a complete “Lala company” with zero professionalism or employee value. During hiring, they promise growth, increments, promotions, and even work-from-home opportunities after 6 months, but once you join, none of it happens. Everything they say before joining turns out to be false. There is no proper appraisal system. They don’t conduct quarterly performance reviews unless you ask for an increment or promotion. The moment you ask for growth, suddenly they start pointing out performance issues just to avoid giving hikes or promotions. Instead of rewarding employees, they look for excuses to deny them. The management is one of the worst parts of this company. HR, CEO, and Managing Director have absolutely no understanding of people management. HR is hardly ever present in the office, the CEO almost never comes to the office, and only the MD shows up mainly to give motivational speeches while ignoring actual employee concerns.
The company culture is toxic and full of micromanagement. Employees are constantly monitored, and management expects maximum output while spending the bare minimum on employees or infrastructure. That’s one of the main reasons so many people leave this company. The office location and facilities are also disappointing. Washrooms are unhygienic and poorly maintained, and the overall environment feels cheap and unprofessional. Most importantly, you do not learn anything valuable here. There is no proper mentorship, no career growth, and no support for employees. Joining this company is honestly a waste of time for anyone serious about their career.
