On site there is high level of politics. Make sure everything decision or work request is stated via email to keep a log. Even if it's an order from the senior manager of the installation of a single screw, or a high level of HSE issue keep corporate as witness. There is lack of team work on site, including racisms. If your on site you will lose your social life eg. friends, family....
