- Management preaches how good team culture is but regulates conversations and tries to restrict friendships between team members - Birthday leave is offered as a perk, however staff are looked down upon if they take this leave - WFH is also offered but staff are also criticised for WFH - Staff looked down upon and considered not serious or passionate about their role if they take lunch break and don't work overtime - There is no HR department and management treats you as such - they have no accountability for what they say and will bully and belittle staff to try and get results out of them - The office itself is run down - cupboards broken, technology doesn't work, air con frequently breaks - I frequently was told I was completing a particular report wrong after I hadn't received any training on how to complete it. When I asked for help (multiple times) my request was ignored. - I was told my performance wasn't up to scratch - when I asked for a meeting to discuss this further the meeting was pushed back every time to later in the day, and then to the next day. When I pushed management on this, they said it wasn't important and they'll get round to it. - Management tells the team they need to make more money, however doesn't provide any training other than saying 'this person does it so you should be able to' - Management will ask for feedback but anything negative they will throw a fit about and criticise the employee instead of taking feedback on board - Management will claim the high turn over of staff is because the staff have been let go as they don't fit the culture. In reality, a lot of staff leave because they can't tolerate the toxic culture for such terrible pay.
