was able to earn nearly 30% higher pay rate when superior was fired and replaced that individual even without experience, had a really cool team in the fast paced environment. good to get overtime, even though it was not exactly desired all the time, never got in trouble for working overtime pretty regularly.

complicated work environment; worked under contract for HP to supply technicians and operators to service their contract with Amazon to run on-demand book production lines where intentional omission and obfuscation of production details were the norm while retention was low. had to pretty much generate report for my supervisor's supervisor even though that was his job and my job was difficult enough.
