      Quite a relaxed workplace as long as you are able to stay on top of your workload. Everyone within my local office is helpful and friendly, management is approachable with in local office. There is some flexibility with working hours which is due to improve further in the next year

      There isn't much internal promotion and the Group office can be quite over bearing and ask for things with little notice.
