Terrible Place to Work - Recensione dipendente - Dsipatcher presso Beltmann Group

I briefly worked as a dispatcher at their Roseville MN offices. Beltmann Group is a clown college atmosphere at corporate offices in Roseville MN. Company focus is on making money by putting drivers in bad contracts and leasing them their tractor and van. Very low pay, lots of additional hours and constant pressure to sell bad loads and pay to independent contractor driver staff. Glad I went back to trucking industry!
