Autonomy in position, challenging, and I was always kept busy. The team in my group were friendly. The customers I assisted were very appreciative of the services.

Very unorganized. No real onboarding process, no human resources department or HR manager, leading to many inappropriate conversations. Management was not really qualified to manage, coach or develop the team members. There was very little consistency on processes or accountability leading to many lost $ of revenue and loss of customers. Very high turnover.
