All senior leadership positions are filled from outside the company, right now most are mass migrations from competitors. Long time employees are either being let go or leaving voluntarily because there's no middle management room for them, and no succession planning to replace director and VP-level roles internally. Departmental leadership turnover leads to no consistent long term goals and strategies, and GN holding group neither acknowledges this, nor realizes their red tape hinders progress.
