BenQ embodies the definition of a toxic work environment, promoting favoritism with HQ hires, hypocrisy, and constant blame shifting to avoid any upper management taking accountability for their actions. They have never heard of the word flexibility before, and work/life balance is a forbidden concept. If you bring up concerns, you are ostracized and targeted. If you have a contradicting opinion, or even a thought that differs from their outdated marketing strategies, they will assume you have no idea how to do the job and treat you like a child. Most upper management assumes you have no idea how to function for the job they hired you for and micromanage every aspect of your work, from the phrasing to the exact placement of everything. Everyone that works here is nothing but a number in a document, beyond that your needs do not matter unless you happen to be a favorite. HR paces the office to see what you're doing, is far too involved with everything, and is not qualified to do the job. They can come and go as they please and wear what they want but chase everyone down if you're in the bathroom too long or wearing a loose shirt. This is not a professional workplace by any means and they do not provide any raises.
