Lack of accountability from upper management, with responsibilities pushed onto lower level employees without adequate or clear direction and recognition. Communication was inconsistent and important issues were not addressed directly or professionally. Workplace culture was consistently tense and highly reactive with frequent micromanagement, minimal trust in employees and major ethical concerns. There is no room to grow in your career and management is not supportive of growth either. Professional boundaries were extremely unclear and there was a noticeable lack of support from leadership when challenges came up. Unfair and poor compensation, and heavy workload in comparison to the compensation. Employees are expected to take on a significant amount without the structure, support or leadership needed to succeed. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone looking for a healthy, collaborative environment with strong leadership, professional communication and opportunity to grow.
