Too many supervisors, they only hire new grads that don't know any better. They push their physical therapist to see as many patients as possible regardless if it decreases patient care. They even compete between clinics to see the most patients. Supervisors have large ego's and take advantage of their authority. Require you to work through many many lunches for stupid unproductive meetings and videos. Business department are clueless. They come in and let everyone go to a minimum skeleton crew to reduce cost after lowering your pay .
