Great company to work for with good salary and transparency to employees

Occasional changes due to internal communication loss

Was a young, vibrant employee base with lots of talented people. There was a clear aim to switch staffing primarily to Norway which seems now to have largely happened.

Constant budget pressures. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Interference from investors.
