Benchmark has continued to grow over the years but the people who make Benchmark what it is have always been one of the top priorities.

The economy has been difficult over the past 5 years which I think Benchmark as well as many other companies have struggled to match the cost of living increase.

Benchmark is a group of people that lives out the values of the company and strives to be better every day. Most companies tout a "great culture" but lack at putting their words into real action. At Benchmark, they do what they say and they are who they say they are. They provide a culture of teamwork, openness, and collaboration. You can go to anyone to ask for help and nine times out of ten, they will drop what they are doing to help you. The culture flourishes because there is also immense opportunity for growth. There's an in-house training program and resources available at your fingertips and it's way beyond what most companies do for their employees. There's a culture of inclusion and women empowerment. In addition to the various committees you can be a part of, we have both an inclusion committee and a Women Empowered committee. In addition to the growth and the many ways to be involved in the company's direction, we get together for four big events throughout the year, but with many smaller celebrations in between. The genuine culture of connection and friendliness is very strong here. There is so much more I could say, but to add one last point, the leadership at Benchmark is open, honest, and extremely service-oriented. They care about the employees and care about seeing employees grow and thrive. It's a great place to come every day and be a part of, no matter what role you play.

No company is perfect and Benchmark has things to improve and grow on, but they strive to do that. There are no cons in my opinion.
