Seems to have an okay vacation and benefits. Other than that there is not much to say. In general people are good to get along with.

Svantaggi

Understaffed, promotes training but won't approve actual cost to take training, departments do not work together as a team. Nobody cares or takes ownership of anything departments blame other areas or anyone else before owning up. Company has zero cabibility to work as a team and does nothing to improve it.

Floor production staff is awesome; office staff not so much. Average blah company.

Svantaggi

Managers are poorly trained. Cheap salaries. Very poor work culture- ignores holidays, employee picnic/ get-togethers. Burdensome non-value work.

Met some good people while there that are still friends.

Svantaggi

Extremely difficult to suggest changes and being taken seriously. Benchmark is stuck on its hiring process. Where a piece of paper is worth more than experience.
