The cold weather in Rochester MN takes some getting used to but the scenery and the people more than make up for it. "Minnesota Nice" is real. It's a way of life up here. Also the Mayo Medical Center ads a very divers, international populace and extra culture and entertainment. So the cold can be tough but it is balanced out.

Floor production staff is awesome; office staff not so much. Average blah company.

Svantaggi

Managers are poorly trained. Cheap salaries. Very poor work culture- ignores holidays, employee picnic/ get-togethers. Burdensome non-value work.

Met some good people while there that are still friends.

Svantaggi

Extremely difficult to suggest changes and being taken seriously. Benchmark is stuck on its hiring process. Where a piece of paper is worth more than experience.
