Working with the clients was the only good thing about this company.

Upper management doesn't care about staff and you will not get promoted unless you know someone in HR even if you have a BA and working on your Master's Degree.

little investment in CEUS/ongoing professional development and you are alone as the therapist in the family's home. So you have no mentorship, you are pretty much on your own. If you are an ambitious therapist that wants to be excellent in what you do, this is not the right setting.
