Benchmark International has honestly been one of the best places I've worked. The team feels like family , everyone genuinely wants to see each other succeed and is always willing to help out. The management team really believes in their process and it is so rewarding to know that you are setting business owners up for success. They are shaking things up in the investment banking space, and it’s exciting to have been part of that growth. Can’t wait to see how far we go!

Decent starting place out of college

Barely any room for growth It is very obvious why there is such high turnover but they dont care and the DO department is poorly managed and looked down upon by the other departments. Commission structure is almost impossible to hit and management only cares about your KPIs. Completely in office position when could be a hybrid model but only because they want to micromanage you. Team leads have to herd the floor and are constantly asking employees to be quiet even though they start side conversation amongst themselves half the time. I would not recommend working here at any point of your career because you will inevitably be stuck with no room to grow.
