Most people at Benchmark are very nice and helpful. You get ice cream for making quarterly goals and each month they have a birthday lunch. The guys in the warehouse are pretty funny and people get along for the most part. You get a discount on wine and you also get four free bottles at Christmas.

I have to agree with some of the previous reviews that the choices for managers at Benchmark are pretty questionable. My manager in particular was very difficult to work with and had a "my way or the highway" approach to pretty much everything, which was unfortunate because there was a lot of ineffeciencies which at first I would bring up on a regular basis, but eventually just gave up. Talking to people in other departments I got the same feeling from them. Promotions here are very rare, as are pay raises. You can expect a pay raise of less than a dollar, if you ask for it at your annual reviews.
