There is not a single leader in the company as management is too busy worrying about themselves and how they can increase their own bonuses. Culture of fear where the company knows that it has a captive audience who have few other work options. Employees can be categorised into two groups: 1. Disgruntled people who have no other option besides moving to Melbourne, so they have resigned themselves to their fate, 2. Bumbling old fools who are killing time until they retire. No training. No prospect for advancement unless someone retires, resigns or dies. Technology that was used on the arc. Now outsourcing jobs to India - which sort of contradicts their "Community Connected" moto.
