Great company to work for

Can have any ups and downs but great place

The people I work with are amazing. Christmas shutdown.

Benefits are being killed. 5 sick days removed without compensation. Spouses with another job you must pay $100 more monthly for insurance. Now 5 days back in the office. No flexibility even for highest rated employees. Annual raises 50% below market average.
