Good work environment with supportive team

A small institution leads to slower growth in the standing position in the firm.

We currently get to WFH full time given we got evicted from our office

Over the past 2 years I have seen smart, capable, and valuable talent leave due to toxic management. Management has failed at every turn and continue to double down on bad decisions. The few brave people who reported management to the board of directors where later harassed, slandered, and shown the door. The firms business model has been proven wrong. The market does not want stock for assets. The business model is fundamentally flawed. Many people spoke up about this and where berated and threatened then fired. The former CEO who people complained about and reported for years since resigned and was later indicted for securities fraud by the DOJ. This could have been avoided had the board done their jobs instead of clinging on to their millions of dollars in preferred that has since been deemed worthless. The company has shady business practices like employing a shady consulting firm Square Roads Consulting that has a shady history and shady management.
