It’s a job when I needed one

Nepotism, favoritism, and a condescending person telling you what to do so he can leave at 2pm and take his kids who work here too with him while they just want you to do whatever he says but he lies about everything like saying he cares about the people we are servicing when all he wants is the easiest way to make everyone else make him money while nobody makes any commission. Except his son and daughter. Between that, and quality management people who don’t know what they are doing because they just want to do things the same way it’s always been, no room for change, just talk a big talk about all these things at every meeting but then when it comes down to it, none of it matters because even performance reviews are just for show, and not even true to what’s really happening.
