A growing company with great management.

As we grow, there are a lot of trial and errors.

I can’t think of any. It was a good place to start I suppose, but the only way I grew was by choosing to do so on my own.

The hiring process was almost too easy. I was hired as a Graphic Designer & I had only one interview and got hired with no experience other than freelance. I had very little work to do the majority of the time (my whole team was the same way) and everyone except for management seemed to know. The entire company feels like a pyramid scheme and it’s run by people who seem to care about self gain more than anything else. They promote mostly only men (white men) and the previous owner seemed very sexist, racist, homophobic and anti anything that was not white bread. To be clear, I’m in no way being anti-white. They are just very much anti anything but white especially in management and that’s just the honest truth.
