What really sets them apart for me, personally, is flexibility. As a freelancer, BDG has made it really easy for me to balance my professional life by allowing me ample time to work on mandates for other clients, in addition to the work I complete for them. They were very open to the idea of letting me work remotely, while still making me feel like I'm always part of the team. The lines of communication are always open, we're able to get together in-person at any given moment, and we all work together in the most highly effective manner.
