Everything in the beginning sounds and appears to be good and solid. Most of the Bennett Adelson staff are good, hardworking, under-appreciated people with strong skill sets that are willing to do what it takes to service clients. Diversity and talent within the sectors they service is also good. The mantra when you join is that they love someone with passion. Passion for technology, success, hard-work etc. They promise clients delivery with excellence. They promise consultants a positive, diverse, fun, engaging opportunity.

Unfortunately in most all of those cases, Bennett Adelson falls short. Not because they aren't capable but because they simply don't see or care to see the value in making anything better than the status quo. Small mom and pop shop mentality and approach that ultimately kills any potential for sustainable growth. Little to none, with regard to clear and/or proactive communication from the top down. Leadership unable and unwilling to change with the times. There is a distinct difference between "management" and "leadership". Bennett Adelson lacks functional leadership at the upper levels. Either because the manager(s) are not capable or those select few that are clearly capable are not properly enabled or supported from the top down. Concerns, frustrations, fresh ideas and opportunities identified for improvement, fall on deaf ears. No investment put into consultant training, motivation, career path/growth etc. No defined performance review or evaluation method used. No 401K While insurance coverage/options are good, the cost is very expensive. Morale and retention frequently suffer due in-part to the items listed above.
