      Costco/Sam's Club Membership is nice. No micromanagement from the contractor.

      3 hours of leave per pay period is not good. There is no sick leave, so if you catch the flu, its game over. You can only accrue 40 hours of leave. Health insurance is ridiculously high! Might be cheaper to simply reject benefits, and pay out of pocket. Coverage is weak.

      We certainly will be making some changes to our benefits package and we appreciate your input. I would like to point out that you receive 10 paid of Holidays and 12 days paid off for what ever you need them for. I am not sure where the information came from regard 40 hours of leave.       Good opportunity to work on government contracts and enter government jobs.

      They have a strict salary range. Little to no promotions. They offer no sick days and will have to use PTO for any holidays or weather closures. They do not properly accommodate those with disabilities. The work you do with clearance the pay should be equivalent,
