Low pay. Very bad increment like 4000 to 5000 PKrs after an year. No other increment no matter whatsoever. Because of this everyone here is looking for other options and no one is looking this organization as a permanent place to work inspite of their gratuity (your last pay when leaving bentley * no. of years work at bentley). As a result churn rate is very high. It's been just 4 months and 5 people have left bentley in front of me. Lastly no reward for extra effort. Their main products are in c++.
