Some very good and market leading products. Good work-life balance. The CEO and CTO seem to "care" about the individuals and people who make the company run.

There is a culture of disgust and disrespect for sales professionals. Profitability and personal income for senior VP's is more important that any other metric of success. There is a lack of understanding of enterprise sales the very highest level and the CFO and SVP of Sales use the compensation plan as a way to reduce sales professions income and increase profitability.
