If your coming straight out of college then this could be for you but don't expect to understand the compensation scale. You will find Millennials are the target of HR hiring. If you have software development skills there is great opportunity to work on awesome projects - just stay away form the customer base.

No budget aligned to business units which means no ACCOUNTABILITY at the SR MGMT level so cost overruns hurt everyone's bonus but those that make the bad decisions are not removed or reprimanded - actually the nepotism is terrible with middle and Sr mgmt. out of touch and not being replaced. Recent re-organization was nothing more than in name without any real realignment to mgmt. or roles and when your title is changed you can actually have your compensation REDUCED! and don't try to complain to HR - they are a title only - all of your personal HR activities are outsourced. Sales Reps have terrible relationship with customers and the Marketing leadership has fallen asleep at the wheel - the company is trying to go public and if they are ever acquired most of the mgmt. will be replaced.....
