Hence in hand salary is way too low. # There is another varaible of 4% based on company performance which people will never get as company is in loss. Company is in loss due to its policies, its senior management, and work culture. # No good resource will continue working there due to lots of variable and bad work culture , due to which company is running on dumb employees. # Even Senior director promotes 1. Gossiping 2. Politics 3. Staying late in office( whosoever is online 24*7 is only working according to them) 4. Unhealthy competition among team. (they literally make plans to make people fight) # People getting opportunities are the one who pick and drop senior people , do dinner, lunch with them and ready to hear any bad language. # People expects you in some team to be available online on mails and chat 24*7. # No training's given ,eg: Our team was trying to implement agile without any proper training and continuously failing from more than 1 year. # Senior people feel there are for kitty party in office. # There is no job security like you will hear daily that teams will be reduced. There are lot many cons which I came across while my tenure and due to that attrition rate is much high.
