1. No work from home policy which is a negative aspect because in today's day and age some flexibility in work is required. This can also benefit the organization as they can save on peripheral expenses including office infrastructure, commute etc. 2. Non-standard workflows. Many aspects of the job such as administrative work, other employee requirements are non standardized and changes from team to team. A better structure could help on this. 3. Poor recruitment. Hiring from local colleges (especially in Bentley India) has lead to some poor talent management. Also orientation is non standard and incomplete which leads to confusion.
