no strategic vision, leadership in hr is very rigid and lazy in taking actions, no change management mentality, if you are a show off and sweet talker you will win the management, as they don't care about employees at bottom level, benefits wise no comments, as no appreciable benefits, some people in company feels its their own property as they worked for 10 plus year but with zero knowledge of market, hence one don't stand chance to put their option coz you are from outside world. they don't know how to even play healthy politics but feels they are doing some great job. know how to harras people if you raise voice against bad things, no policies in place, they never share policies with employees. Simply no for people with ambition and eger to learn.
