Company shouldn't focus on layoff (unless some performance, legal, medical, financial issues etc.) or early retirement of sr. colleagues. 2. Salaries are not competitive as compared to other multi-national firms. Foreign offices have good salaries but not in Asian region. 3. Biased and lack of trust and promotions to South Asian colleagues.
