-ineffective leadership -pay is well below industry average -no recognition -constant moving of the goalpost when it comes to quota achievement -monotonous reporting with no gain -overly complicated, deceptive sales comp plan. Don’t even bother trying to understand how you’re paid & for what. -practically impossible to source technology specialists when pursuing opportunities, too much work for too little people. -constant reorganization of staff and leadership, no clear direction. -career advancement is fabricated, no support in career progression unless you lubricate management. -account planning. No perceived purpose, busy work that no one else bothers to look at.
