Too many to count. The work/life balance is horrible, with unrealistic deadlines for projects. The labor is intense, and there is lack of communication with the LA branch. Management is not approachable or willing to listen to employees and treats them poorly because of the lack of competition in the city. Don't stick around to wait for the change or be the change.
