Vantaggi

Have a lot of talented people working there.

Svantaggi

Toxic environment, poor employee moral, sub-par management. Over worked and under paid is the actual Benzinga Way. If you're applying, don't expect to be paid much for the work you will be doing. You'll be compensated in experience rather than with, you know, acutal money. There's also a lot of office politics and a lot of shady things that happen behind the scenes.

Thanks for your submission. Benzinga strives to hire good people. Because we are a start up we like to Play Hard & Work Hard! Benzinga's goal is to pay people based on their hustle. BZ's annual reviews determine raises and bonuses. Bonuses are tied directly to your output within the company. Your successes are rewarded! Benzinga is a young company with a recently developed leadership team. There will be growing pains as we learn to be effective leaders to our team members. We are all about investing in folks and helping them strive to be better everyday!

Vantaggi

When I initially started with this company, I was wary because of the less-than-stellar reviews on Glassdoor. However, I've been working at Benzinga for close to a year now, and I've actually really enjoyed it. The people I work with are competent at their jobs and easy to work with, and I love working from home. If you have the opportunity to work here, I highly recommend it.

Svantaggi

Occasionally disorganized and some emails/communication slips through the cracks

Vantaggi

The people that work at Benzinga are genuinely good people and great at their job.

Svantaggi

Benzinga's parent company set up the employees to fail by not providing any training to new employees or hiring the necessary people. Everyone was stretched extremely thin, and the addition of a couple key employees could have taken the pressure off immensely. However, the PE company that owns Benzinga only cares about the bottom line, not the steps needed to get the results they want. New employees also got ZERO training or direction from anyone. The HR department is one person, and neither they nor the managers have the manpower or time to train new employees on what the company does or how they do it.
