Vantaggi

Warehouse teams are amazing. You will be co-workers that will be friends for life Hybrid work envirnoment and great PTO.

Svantaggi

BAD 401k policy. Weak management with NO training. Managers like to manage up just to be promoted but do not train their own team members. Lack of training to Account Coordinators (AC). They will spend money on new sales rep who will come & go within 2 years. Slow to response on processes & procedures as there are too many chiefs making decisions. No room for growth. Employee surveys are a waste of time. Your opinions or concerns will never be addressed.

Vantaggi

Your experience is entirely dependent on your manager/department. The IT department is understaffed, but management is flexible to a reasonable degree. The company offers great parental leave. Other benefits are pretty standard. There is a shared ownership program, but that will only pay out if the company is sold.

Svantaggi

Upper management does a poor job of aligning budget to reality. Bonuses are directly tied to company performance compared to budget. For the past several years, performance has generally not met budget. This has lead to often significantly lower bonuses. Raises are very minimal and, depending on your department, promotions are rare. To my knowledge, there are no efforts at diversity and/or inclusion. The company constantly harps on about their great culture. In reality, the culture is fine (at least in HQ). It's a generic corporate office. Take that as you will. Executive leadership is very disconnected from employees. The continued failure to meet budget targets suggests overall poor leadership. The company seems to still struggle with the post-COVID economy.
