AND MORE! The management team listens to their employees, the owner along with the HR administrators have been diligent in improving :the quality of services and support to both clients and staff, professionalism in the workplace, work culture as a whole, and MORE! I highly recommend Bertling ABA... :)

There are moments of disorganization e.g. there is no scheduler, an appointed person who manages calendar changes, all cancellations, a person parents can refer to re: scheduling updates.... this has been a barrier for staff and parents when providing quality services, frequently causes issues, scheduling conflicts.. but the company is working on this..

Thank you for your positive feedback! We love providing our staff with professional development opportunities and work life balance! We ensure that management uses active listening to support therapists and their clients. The entire administrative team is dedicated to providing our staff with support, and creating a safe, encouraging, and inclusive work environment. In order to maintain organization, we have dedicated two employees to help manage scheduling in order to support staff when scheduling conflicts arise.
