Working for one of the best retailers. Discount on product was very good. Co-workers were usually on the same terms as you and were easy to work with. Being a specialist in one area.
Svantaggi
The pressure to sell things that the customer might not need but is highly profitable for the store. Hours could be a little crazy, sometimes closing and having to open the next day. Inventory wasn't tracked well and often went through lock-down on merchandise because couldn't find product and assumed stolen. They moved to a new phase where sales people worked in many different departments which hurt their knowledge of the product they were selling.
