Every day I see the quality of my work come alive in those I develop to one day take my place so that I can confidently move to the next level. The salary and benefits are wonderful and I am proud to be a part of this company.

I want to first say that the company itself is true and just, but sometimes it's the 'people' that work for the company that make sour impressions. I believe there should be a pay system that is consistently based on performance and not so much left up to someone who is inconsistent and unfair. Do not mis-understand, I know that Best Buy pays well; however, the system of how that pay is decided is not uniform throughout.
