The discount is good, depends on the item. Pay is solid, but barely any opportunity for any kind of a raise and no bonuses. Working with tech is fun, and meeting cool customers and helping them can be rewarding.

Svantaggi

Management tends to be a joke. Terrible communication, and they are typically puppets that just do whatever the next person above them says without any personal identity or questioning. Corporate does not care at all about base level employees. Randomly dissolving positions without offering an alternative for displaced workers, getting rid of any kind of a bonus, ridiculous sales goals that are near impossible to reach, and boring training without real engagement.

Everyone (Cust & employees) Expect an encyclopedic knowledge on where every single item is. Management seems to think we can lift a 85" tv, pull a washer off the top shelf, stock gaming shelves, and handle store pick up at the same moment. Customers think we don't want to help them when we call someone else to help with sales There's almost too much to do and even though we may have 1-3 employees working at a time, 1 is at the door, 1 is behind store pick up, which leaves 1 employee to handle new orders, deliveries, and down stocking.
