As an installer one has to constantly advise customers within the store and at home to head off sharking by the greedy salesmen, or correct often amusingly inaccurate advice as in store salesmen in best buy and future shop can often sell what makes them most comission, not what is best for the customer. Eg, pushing overpriced junk like bose instead of good value stuff like Polk. The company vision and morals/ethics may be fine and happy at HQ, but it can stink at grassroots, it doesn't trickle down.
